Thoughts

Today, I write with a heavy heart to honor the memory of Mrs. Monisola Aladeojebi, a remarkable woman who touched so many lives with her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support. For me, this loss feels deeply personal, as Mrs. Aladeojebi was not only a best friend to my late mother, Lady Folasade Aderemi, but also a cherished figure in my own life. From the day I was born, Mrs. Aladeojebi played a significant role in shaping who I am today. Her presence was a constant source of comfort and guidance, especially after my mother's passing in 2008. She stood by us with unwavering support, and in every sense of the word, she became a second mother to me. I am profoundly grateful for the close mother-son relationship we shared. She always called me her son, and I felt her love in every interaction. I will forever remember her beautiful voice—soothing, reassuring, and full of wisdom. Our last conversation on March 23rd, 2024, is etched in my memory, a testament to her enduring warmth and care. She had an incredible ability to uplift those around her, and her words were always a source of comfort and inspiration. Rest in peace, Mummy. Your legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in our hearts. We will miss you dearly, but we take solace in knowing that you are now reunited with my mother, your dear friend. I am sure you and your friend (My Late Mum) are now reunited in heaven, laughing as you both usually do, with my late Dad. With heartfelt gratitude and love,
Kunle Aderemi

Mummy was a mother to not just her children but the friends of her children. I found a mother who would root for anything that concerns hers or that of hers. Thank you for the days you assured us we will all do well ma. Thank you for loving me personally as your son. Thank you for believing in VIRTUES. I am grateful. Happy posthumous 80th birthday in advance and in eternity. May your memory remain blessed and etched in our hearts. We love you. I celebrate you ma. Regards and you are already God’s Pride. Amen!!!
